An enhancement to the Relms Metering System is a billing system that is used successfully in thousands of apartments and condominiums. This system provides each resident with a statement detailing their own energy and/or water usage. Each statement can be customized to the desire of the property owner or management. These statements may include individual billed items such as: applicable utilities, rent, cable TV, pets, and other charges pertaining to your specific property needs. A computer printout, which includes a complete summary of the monthly charges billed to the resident will be sent to the property management. Relms also uses computer formatted disks and E-mail as monthly updating and reporting tools.
Monthly Cycle
1.
Relms meters are read on a specific date.
2.
Move in / move outs along with applicable resident information is collected from property and updated in Relms database.
3.
Bills are processed.
4.
Updated report of resident charges and accounts are sent to property management.
